青少年罪犯人性观发展及相关因素

目的 了解青少年罪犯人性观发展特点及相关影响因素,为狱所心理健康工作和思想政治教育的开展提供科学依据.方法 采用人性的哲学修订量表(RPHN)和症状自评量表(SCL-90)对170名青少年罪犯进行测评.并选取相匹配的180名大、中、小学男生做对照.结果 青少年罪犯在值得信任因子上与对照组有非常显著差异(P<0.001),青少年罪犯人性观与罪犯受教育程度、入狱时间、父亲受教育程度呈显著相关性(P<0.05,P<0.01).青少年罪犯人性观的愤世嫉俗因子项与其心理健康中抑郁、敌对两因子项呈显著相关性(P<0.05).青少年罪犯人性观的值得信任因子项与其心理健康中偏执因子项呈显著负相关性(P<0.05).结论 青少年罪犯的人性观发展,与其本人的受教育程度、父亲的教育方式以及管教场所的心理、思想教育是分不开的.同时青少年罪犯人性观也影响着其心理健康.

Abstract：

Objeetive To learn characteristics of juvenile offender human nature and the related influence factors,which will supply a scientific basis for the prison's ideological and political education and mental health work. Methods A total of 170 juvenile offenders were investigated by Philosophies of Human Nature Scale(RPHN) and SCL--90; and 180 college students, middle school students and pupiles were choosen as normal controls. Results There were remarkable differences in trusted factor between juvenile offenders and the control group(P<0. 001). The juvenile offenders' human nature was significantly related to Level of their education, imprisonment, level of their father's education (P<0. 05, P<0. 01). The juvenile offenders' cynical factor were significantly related to depression factor and hostility factor of their mental health(P<0. 05). The juvenile offenders'trusted factor were significantly related to paranoid factor of their mental health(P<0. 05). Conclusion Level of education of juvenile offender-s,their father's educational Methods and psychological, ideological education in the prison has influence on human nature views, and juvenile offenders' human nature views has influence on their mental health.
