心理测验中因素分析方法的比较

目的为解决教学和研究中的实际问题,对历探索性因素分析（EFA）和验证性因素分析（CFA）两者关系及使用中的诸多问题进行分析。方法从EFA和CFA的数学基础、哲学基础及实际调查数据处理结果三方面进行研究。结果EFA和CFA同属数据处理方法,遵循不同的逻辑路线,数据处理结果各有合理之处。结论在实际应用中,CFA与EFA可以作为研究过程的两个阶段,不能截然分开,两者结合运用能够相得益彰,更好地反映实际调查数据的内部结构。

Comparative Study of Factor Analysis in Psychological Tests

Objective To analyze the relationship between exploratory factor analysis （EFA） and confirmatory factor analysis （CFA） to solve many problems in the use. Methods Based on the mathematical foundations, philosophy and the results of the actual survey data, three studies were conducted. Results The studies found that ：EFA and CFA both are data-processing methods, but follow the different logic. Conclusion CFA and EFA can not be completely separated as a two-stage process in practical applications. Combination of the two can reflect the actual internal structure of the survey data.
