A型肉毒毒素对偏侧面肌痉挛患者的疗效及焦虑状况的影响

目的观察A型肉毒素素（BTXA）对偏侧面肌痉挛（HFS）患者痉挛程度的改善和焦虑状况的影响。方法对40例HFS患者进行局部注射BTXA，治疗前和治疗后1个月分别对患者的痉挛程度进行评定，同时采用Zung氏焦虑自评量表（SAS）评价焦虑状况。结果57.5%的HFS患者在BTXA治疗后1个月痉挛完全缓解，32.5%的HFS患者在BTXA治疗后1个月痉挛明显缓解，而且治疗后患者焦虑状况的评分均低于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.001）。结论局部注射BTXA可迅速缓解或消除HFS患者肌肉痉挛，改善患者的心理状况。

Efficacy of Botulinus Toxin A in Treatment of Hemifacial Spasm and the Impact On anxiety Status of Patients

Objective To determine the efficacy of Botulinus Toxin A（BTXA） therapy for hemifacial spasm（HFS） and impact on anxiety status of patients. Methods 40 cases with hemifaeial spasm were treated with BTXA. The degree of spasm alleviations and the score of Self--Rating Anxiety Scale（SAS） were assessed before and one month after treatment. Results 57.5% patients of spasm were completely relieved, 32.5 % patients were ohviousty improved one month after treatment, and the scores of anxiety were greatly decreased with statistic significance（P〈0. 001）. Conclusion BTXA injected locally can relieve the patients with HFS from spasm and improve their qualities of life.
