综合医院精神科门诊神经症患者的临床资料分析

目的了解综合医院精神科门诊中,神经症患者的分布及特点,为临床医生的预防干预工作提供依据。方法依据CCMD-3诊断标准,回顾1668例神经症患者资料,对性别、发病年龄、文化程度、职业、居住地等项目进行统计,应用SPSS13.0软件包进行统计学处理。结果神经症患者中,强迫症48.5%,焦虑症23.8%,躯体形式障碍22.6%,恐惧症2.9%,神经衰弱0.4%。其中女性占51.7%,高中及以上文化者占67.9%,农村者为51.9%。学生人数占神经症总人数的45.7%。结论强迫症成为神经症中患病率最高的疾病;学生成为神经症的高发人群。

Study on the clinical characteristics of neuroses in psychiatry department of general hospital.

Objective To explore the characteristics in outpatients with neurosis. Methods Outpatients, who were diagnosed neurosis according to the third revision of Chinese Classification of Mental Disorder(CCMD--3),were involved in the sutudy. The clinical data were restrospectively analyzed. It included gender,age of onset,cultural education, occupation and their addresses. All the data were analyzed by SPSS13. 0. Results In the neuroses,OCD occounted for 48. 5 percent,anxiety-disorder accaunted for 23.8 percents,somatization disorder accounted for 22. 6 percents,phobia disorder accounted for 2.9 percent, and neurasthenia ac-counted for 0. 4 percent. Among all the outpatients ,the ratio of female to the all was 51.7 percent. The cultural education level above senior middle school was 67. 9 percents. The rural was 51.9 percent. According to occupation, the ratio of students to the all was 45. 7 percent. Conclusion OCD has the highest prevalence in neuroses. Students are the most important part of neuroses.
