大学生时间管理倾向与心理控制源、一般自我效能感的相关研究

目的研究大学生时间管理倾向情况以及其与心理控制源和一般自我效能感的关系。方法采用黄希庭、张志杰编制的青少年时间管理倾向量表、内在-外在心理控制源量表及一般自我效能感量表对190名大学生进行测试。结果1大学生时间管理倾向在性别、年级、生源地及独生与否等方面不存在差异;2时间管理倾向各维度与心理控制源之间存在显著的负相关（P＆lt;0.01）,而与一般自我效能感之间存在正相关（P＆lt;0.05）,其中时间管理倾向总分、时间监控观和时间效能感与一般自我效能感之间存在显著的正相关（P＆lt;0.01）;3心理控制源和一般自我效能感对时间管理倾向具有显著的预测作用（P＆lt;0.001）。结论大学生时间管理倾向不受性别、年级、生源地及独生与否等因素的影响;心理控制源与时间管理倾向之间存在显著的负相关,而一般自我效能感与其呈显著正相关;心理控制源和一般自我效能感对时间管理倾向具有显著的预测作用。

Relationship between Time Management Disposition, Locus of Control and General Self-Efficacy Among College Students.

Objective To study the status of college students' time management disposition and the relationship among Time Management Disposition, Locus of Control and General Self--Efficacy. Methods A total of 190 college students were tested by means of Huang Xiting and Zhang Zhijie's Adolescence Time Management Disposition Scale(ATMD) ,Rotter's Internal--External of time management tendencies existed a significant negative correlation (P<0. 01). General self-efficacy and various dimensions of time management tendencies existed positive correlation (P<0. 05). There was significant positive correlation among total scores efficacy had significant predictive effect on time management (P<0. 001). Conclusion College students' gender, grade, source of students and only child or not have no effect on their time management tendencies. Locus of control and the various dimensions of time management tendencies exist a significant negative correlation ,general self-efficacy and various dimensions of time manage-ment tendencies exist positive correlation. Locus of control and general self-efficacy have significant predictive effect on time man-agement.
