医科大学生孤独感与自尊的相互关系探讨

目的了解医科大学生孤独状况,探讨孤独感与自尊的相互关系。方法采用状态与特质性孤独量表和自尊量表（SES）对500名医科大学生进行了评定。结果有相当多的医科大学生表示经常体验到孤独,医科大学生的孤独感在家在地、是否独生子女、家庭经济状况上差异显著而在性别上差异不显著。医科大学生的孤独分数与自尊显著负相关,自尊可以作为孤独的有效预测指标。结论自尊得分低的医科大学生其孤独得分高,医科高校的心理健康工作者要加强对大学生孤独心理的研究和干预。

Discussion on Medicine College Students' Sense of Loneliness and Self-esteem

Objective To learn the loneliness condition of medicine college students and to explore the relationship between the sense of loneliness and self-esteem. Methods A total of 500 medicine college students were investigated by using the State Versus Trait Loneliness Scales and the Self-esteem Scale（SES）. Results many medicine college students expressed that they usually felt loneliness. As for medicine college students＇ sense of loneliness, there were significant differences in home place, singleton or not, family financial conditions, whereas not in gender. Self-esteem was significantly negatively correlated with medicine college students＇loneliness scores and could be used as effective index to predict loneliness. Conclusion The medicine college students whose scores were low in self-esteem scales obtained high scores in loneliness scales. The teachers who engaged in psychological health ed- ucation work in medicine colleges should reinforce the strength of research and intervention of college students＇ sense of loneliness.
