精神分裂症患者恢复期心理护理干预

目的探讨精神分裂症患者恢复期的心理卫生状况及心理护理干预效果。方法将106例恢复期的精神分裂症患者随机分为两组,对其中的53例进行心理护理干预（干预组）,并与对照组（未干预组）进行比较。采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）于干预前和干预后4周末进行评定。结果精神分裂症患者恢复期的主要心理问题为抑郁、焦虑、人际关系、强迫、敌对、偏执等,干预组在干预后4周末SCL-90的焦虑、抑郁、人际关系、强迫、敌对、偏执6个因子分与干预前相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;对照组各因子分干预前后相比差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论心理护理干预能明显改善住院精神分裂症患者恢复期的心理卫生状况,促进病人的康复。

Psychological Nursing Intervention in the Recovery Period for Schizophrenia

Objective To explore the psychological condition and the psychological nursing intervention effect in the recovery period for schizophrenias. Methods A total of 106 patients in recovery period were divided into two groups at random with 53 patients in each group. One group of 53 patients was psychologically intervened （intervened group） to compare with the other group （unintervened group）. Based on Symptom Checklist 90 （SCL-90）, assessments were made before intervention and after 4 weeks of intervention. Results The main psychological problems of the schizophrenics were gloomy, anxious, stressed in communication, hostile, stubborn, etc. After 4 weeks of intervention, intervened group showed differences in anxiety, stress, communication,coercion, hostility and stubbornness compared with the pre-intervention period （P〈0.05）, while other factors had no obvious alteration （P〉0.05）; the unintervened group had no remarkable difference in each factor before and after intervention （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention can obviously improve psychological conditions of the schizophrenics and promote recovery of the patients.
