首发精神分裂症患者血浆同型半胱氨酸水平的研究

目的观测首发精神分裂症患者血浆同型半胱氨酸水平,并探讨其与精神病理症状的关系。方法采用荧光偏振免疫法（FPIA）检测100例首发精神分裂症患者（患者组）和100例健康正常人（对照组）的血浆Hcy水平并比较,并结合阳性和阴性症状量表（PANSS）总分及各因子分进行相关分析。结果患者组血浆Hcy水平（16.24±7.67μmol/L）高于对照组（10.41±4.51μmol/L）,其高同型半胱氨酸血症（HHcy＆gt;15μmol/L）的发生率明显高于对照组（χ2=13.2,P＆lt;0.05）。Hcy水平与PANSS总分及阴性症状总分呈正相关（r=0.48/0.45,P＆lt;0.05）。结论首发精神分裂症患者的血浆Hcy水平升高,高Hcy水平与精神病理症状（特别是阴性症状）有关。

Study of Plasma Homocysteine Level in First-episode Schizophrenia.

Objective To observe plasma homocysteine level of first-episnde schizophrenia and explore the correlation between plasma homocysteine level and psychopathic symptom. Methods The plasma homocysteine level was measured by fluorescence po-larization immunoaseay (FPIA) in case-control study including 100 first-episode schizophrenic patients and 100 healthy controls, and the correlation between the plasma homocysteine level and PANSS score were explored. Results The plasma HCY level (16. 24±7. 67) was significantly higher in patients group than that of the control (10.41±4.51μmol/L, P<0. 05). The case with hy-perhomocysteine was much more in patients group than that in the control (x2=13. 2, P<0. 05). The plasma homocysteine level positively correlated to the PANSS total score and the negative symptom total score. Conclusion The plasma HCY level in first-episode schizophrenia was high and the high homocysteine level was related with psychopathic symptom, especial the negative symptom.
