青少年精神疾病与应激源应对方式的相关研究

目的探讨青少年精神疾病与应激源应对方式之间的关系。方法对入组680例年龄16～18岁的首发青少年精神疾病患者,进行症状自评量表（SCL-90）、中学生应激源量表、特质应对方式问卷（TCSQ）和自制深入访谈提纲的测评,与常模比较,并做相关分析。结果积极应对得分低于常模,消极应对得分高于常模,消极应对表现突出;应激源和SCL-90得分均高于常模,（P＆lt;0.05或P＆lt;0.001）差异均具有统计学意义。相关分析显示：应激源总分、消极应对方式和SCL-90总分呈高度正相关。结论青少年精神疾病的发生与应激源、应对方式高度相关;应激源和应对方式之间相互关系影响青少年精神疾病的发生。

Research on Young Psychiatric Patients and Stress Source, and the Coping Way.

Objective To explore the relationship among young psychiatry ,stress' source and the coping style. Methods There were 680 young patients in the group, whose ages were between 16 to 18 years old. They were evaluated with Symptom rating scale (SCL--90), secondary students stress' source scale, Trait Coping Style Questionnaire (TCSQ) and were compared with the national norm level. Results The score of active coping was lower than the norm; the score of negative coping was higher than the norm; the negative response performance was outstanding; source of stress and SCL--90 scores were both higher than the norm (P<0. 05 or P<0. 001). The differences had statistical significance. Related analysis showed that total score of the stress source and negative coping styles were positively correlated with the SCL--90 score. Conclusion Young psychiatry is highly related to the stress source and coping style. The relationship between them will affect the occurrence of the young psychiatry.
