初中生乐观人格、解释风格与心理健康的相关研究

摘    要:目的探讨初中生的乐观人格、解释风格与心理健康的关系。方法采用生活取向测量修订版(LOT-R)、儿童解释风格问卷和中国中学生心理健康量表对770名初中生进行调查。结果初中生的乐观人格与乐观解释风格之间存在显著的正相关。初中生的乐观人格(r=-0.389,P〈0.01)、乐观解释风格(r=-0.309,P〈0.01)与心理健康得分存在显著负相关。结论初中生的人格越乐观,其解释风格越乐观,他们的心理健康水平就越高。

Relationship among the Dispositional Optimism,Explanatory Style and Mental Health of Junior Middle School Students

Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship among dispositional optimism ,optlmistic explanatory style and mental health. Methods A total of 770 junior middle school students were investigated with Life Orientation Test--Revised, Child Attribution Style Questonnaire and Mental Health Scale for China junior high school students. Results Dispositional optimism had a signifi- cant positive correlation with optimistic explanatory style of junior middle school students. Junior middle School Student's optimism quality (r =-0. 389, P〈 0. 01) and optimistic explanatory style (r=-0. 309, P〈0. 01) were negatively correlated to the score of mental health. Conclusion The more optimistic junior middle school students were ,the more optimistic explanatory style were , the higher the level of mental health.
