新疆克拉玛依社区老年人的孤独状况与心理卫生水平分析

目的调查克拉玛依区不同性别、收入水平、不同居住方式的老年人的心理健康以及孤独状况,为进一步开展克拉玛依区社区老年人的心理干预提供科学依据。方法随机抽样克拉玛依区5个街道老年人926人,采用症状自评量表、Rasch型孤独量表,测查社区老年人的心理卫生与孤独水平,进一步分析孤独与老年人心理健康水平的关系。结果克拉玛依区社区老年人的心理卫生水平低于全国常模（1986）;孤独对老年人的心理健康水平有重要影响。结论运用心理咨询理论与技术,在社区老年人中开展心理辅导,构建适于社区老年人的心理干预模式对提高社区老年人的身心健康具有重要的意义。

Analysis of Psychological Health and Loneliness of Aged People in Kelamayi Community of Xinjiang Uighur Auto-nomous Region

Objective To investigate the state of mental health and loneliness of the aged people in community of Kelamayi, and then to provide the science foundation of mental intervention aiming directly at the aged people. Methods A total of 926 aged people were selected by the way of random sampling, and then investigated the status of mental health and loneliness by using Symptom Checklist 90, Rasch loneliness scale, and then the relationship of loneliness and mental health were analyzd. Results The level of mental health was lower than the Chinese norm of 1986. The quality of loneliness had important affection on mental health of the aged people in community of Kelamayi. Conclusion It has significance to construct mental intervention mode by evolving psychological training, using the psychological theory and technique, so as to developing physical and mental health level of aged people in community of Ketamayi of Xinjiang Uighur Auto-nomous Region.
