舍曲林与氯丙咪嗪治疗强迫症的对照研究

目的探讨舍曲林和氯丙咪嗪治疗强迫症的疗效及副反应。方法将72例强迫症患者随机分为两组，分别给予舍曲林和氯丙咪嗪治疗8周。采用Yale-Brown强迫量表（Y-BOCS）、汉密顿抑郁量表（HAMD）、汉密顿焦虑量表（HAMA）、副反应量表（TESS）和临床疗效评定标准，分别评定疗效和副反应。结果舍曲林组和氯丙咪嗪组疗效相似，两组显效率经检验异差无显著性意义（P〉0.05）；舍曲林组副反应较氯丙咪嗪组少且轻微。结论舍曲林与氯丙咪嗪对强迫症均有较好的疗效，但舍曲林具有日服剂量小，给药简便，副反应轻微等优点。

A Comparative Study on Sertraline and Clomipramine in Treatment of Obsessive-compulsive Disorder

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and the side effects of sertraline and clomipramine in the treatment of obsessive-compulisive disorder （OCD）. Methods 72 cases with OCD were randomly divided into two groups,and reciving sertra- line and clomipramine respectively for 8 weeks. Efficacy of Sertraline in treatment of OCD were assessed with Y-BOCS , HAMD, HAMA, and the side effects were evaluated with Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale （TESS） compared with clomipramine. Results The therapeutic efficacy in sertraline group was similar to that in clomipramine （P〉0.05）. However the side effects of sertraline were lighter than clomipramine. Conclusion The results indicate that both sertraline and clomipramine were effective in the treatment of OCD,but sertraline showed more advantages for its convenient administration ,low daily dosage and lighter side effects.
