住院精神病患者使用苯二氮卓类药物的情况调查

目的了解住院精神病患者苯二氮卓类药物（BZD）使用情况。方法以2009年2月18日为时点调查日,调查我院全部住院精神病患者,用自编的调查表登记当日的诊断和使用BZD情况,并进行统计分析,共313例。结果使用BZD82例（26．2％）,BZD使用频率依次为氯硝西泮、阿普唑仑、艾司唑仑,使用BZD的时间：〈60天61例（74．4％）,〉60天21例（25．6％）。结论我院精神科住院患者BZD使用基本合理,但也有少数不合理情况。

Investigation on the Application of Benzodiazepine Drugs in Psychiatric Inpatients

Objective To explore the application of benzodiazepine drugs（BZD） in psychiatric inpatients. Method The clinical diagnosis and drug＇s treatment of all 313 cases of the psychiatric inpatients at the time-point of February 18th 2009 were investigated using a self-compiled guestionnaive. Results Among the total of 313 patients,82（26.2%） were combined with treatment of BZD. The most frequently prescribed BZD was clonazepam,alprazolam and estazolam. There were 61 （74.4 % ） cases received BZD treatment for less than 60 days,and 21（25.6% ） cases over 60 days. Conclusion The application of BZD in psychiatric inpatients of our hospital are generally reasonable except a little inappropriate usage.
