网络成瘾青少年成瘾情况及影响因素分析

目的了解网络成瘾青少年人群成瘾基本情况并探讨其影响因素。方法采用戴维斯在线认知量表（OCS）、父母教养方式量表（EMBU）、家庭功能评定量表（FAD）、领悟社会支持量表（PSSS）、马氏量表IV版本1（Mach Scale IV），对2008年3月1日～7月31日收入北京军区总医院成瘾医学治疗中心的81名14～25岁的网瘾青少年进行问卷调查。采用多元逐步回归对网络成瘾因素进行分析。结果网瘾青少年人群内中学生与大学生OCS中的冲动控制减弱，分量表差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。网瘾青少年人群的网瘾总分与FAD中的情感介入（AI）呈显著正相关（P〈0.05）。如扩大回归进入标准为P〈0.1，排除标准为P〉0.11，得网瘾青少年的网络成瘾与FAD中的情感介入（AI）呈正相关（P=0.022）及与日平均上网时间呈正相关（P=0.087）。结论网瘾青少年不论男女、教育程度都是一个独立人群，家庭功能的情感介入及日平均上网时间对网瘾青少年人群的网瘾程度起着重要作用。

Addictive Status of Adolescents Suffering Internet Addiction and Its Influential Factors

Objective To study the addictive situation of adolescents suffering internet addiction and the influential factors. Methods To select a total of 81 internet addictive adolescents ,aged hetween 14 and 25, who were treated in Addiction Medicine Center of General Hospital of Beijing Military Area Command of Chinese PLA from March first to July thirty first, 2008. These adolescents were investigated with questionnaires of Davis＇Online Cognition Scale （OCS） , Egma Minnen av Bardndos-nauppforstran （ EMBU ） , Family Assessment Device （ FAD ） , Perceived Social Support Scale（ PSSS）and Math Scale IV version 1. The results were analyzed with multiple stepwise regression analysis to study the influential factors of internet addiction. Results There were obvious differences in sub-scores of OCS, Diminished Impulse Control, between high school students and college students （P〈0. 05）. The internet addiction had positive relation with sub-scale of family function, Affective Involvement （AI） （P〈0.05）, If enlarging regression including standard was P〈0. 1, and excluding one was P〉0.11 ,then the internet addiction had positive relation with sub-scale of family function, Affective Involvement （AI） （P= 0. 022）,and with the online time per day（P=0. 087）. Conclusion Internet addictive adolescents is a unique group whatever education and gender. Affective involvement of family function and the online time play very important roles in addictive situation of adolescents suffering internet addiction.
