师生关系、同伴关系影响青少年自尊的路径分析

摘    要:目的探讨师生关系、同伴关系对青少年自尊发展的影响。方法对560名中小学生施测青少年自尊评定问卷、师生关系满意度量表和同伴关系满意度量表,然后采用路径分析的方法对其进行分析。结果①师生关系、同伴关系与自尊有密切的相关关系。就相关程度而言,同伴关系与自尊相关程度高于师生关系与自尊的相关;②同伴关系直接对青少年自尊产生重要影响;师生关系对自尊产生的影响,更多的是通过同伴关系间接实现的,即同伴关系起到了中介作用。结论师生关系、同伴关系与自尊三者的关系表现为师生关系通过同伴关系这一中介对自尊产生影响。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of teacher-child relationship and peer relationship on adolescents' self-esteem. Methods A total of 560 primary and secondary school students were tested by the Self-Rating Questionnaire, the scale of teacherchild relationship satisfaction and peer relationship satisfaction. Results ①Teacher-child relationship and peer relationship were closely related to self-esteem. The degree of correlation between peer relationship and self-esteem was higher than that between teacher-child relationship and self-esteem. ②Peer relationship influenced directly adolescents' self-esteem and the influence was very important. Teacher-child relationship influenced directly adolescents' self-esteem too, but more influence was realized indirectly by peer relationship, which meant peer relationship was a mediator. Conclusion Teacher-child relationship had effects on selfesteem through peer relationship.
