| 摘 要： | 目的探讨家庭康复护理在小儿脑性瘫痪康复治疗的作用。方法将32例年龄5~18个月的脑性瘫痪患儿,分为实验组和对照组各16例,住院期间均由医师、治疗师及家长共同干预,对家长进行康复训练指导。出院后实验组患儿能坚持每天进行康复训练,对照组患儿则由于各种原因未能坚持康复训练。结果实验组出院60 d与第1次出院时运动功能评估分之差值为0.53,对照组为0.22,经统计学处理差异有极显著意义(P<0.01)。结论家庭康复护理对小儿脑性瘫痪的康复有促进作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of family rehabilitation nursing on child patients with cerebral palsy. Method 32 children(5-18 months) with cerebral palsy were studied.Systematical rehabilitation treatments were carried out.16 of 32 cases were treated by doctors and nurses in hospital and the other 16 cases received treatments not only in hospital but also at home by their parents.Result The body function estimating value between the first sixtieth day and the first day after discharge is 0.53 in the experiment group,and 0.22 in control group.There was significant difference between the two group(P<0.01).Conclusion Family rehabilitation nursing plays an important role in treatment of children with cerebral palsy. |
