异基因外周血造血干细胞移植患者的心理体验

目的了解异基因外周血造血干细胞移植患者的心理体验,以期为实施针对性心理护理提供依据。方法采用质性研究中现象学的方法,对2012年1-10月在石家庄市白求恩国际和平医院血液病科等待造血干细胞移植的10例患者进行半结构式访谈。结果异基因外周血造血干细胞移植患者存在怀疑否认、悲伤绝望、自悲自怜、焦虑恐惧、被动依赖、心理应激、期待不安、内疚惭愧、心理飞跃等心理体验。结论患者在治疗过程中,医护人员应该关注患者的身心健康,提供医疗、疾病相关信息及情感等方面的支持,以提高患者的心理健康水平及生活质量。

Psychological Experience of Patient with Allogeneic Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation

Objective To understand the psychological experience of patient with allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation,and so as to provide evidence for the implementation of targeted mental nursing.Methods By phenomenological method,10 patients who are waiting for hematopoietic stem cell transplantation were selected and investigated by semi-structured interview.Results Patients with allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation were generally easy to doubt and deny,sad and desperate,feel sorry for themselves,anxious and fear,passive and dependent,stressful,unstable,guilty,psychological leap and other psychological experience.Conclusion Doctors and nurses should pay attention to patient＇s both mental health and physical health during the treatment,and provide with medical,disease related information and emotional support,in order to improve patient＇s psychological health level and quality of life.
