摘    要:目的探讨个案分析教学法在实习结束后护生执业考试理论辅导中的应用效果。方法 2012、2013年应聘录用至某院的高职高专护理专业护生78名,按随机数字表法将其分为观察组40名和对照组38名,对照组采用常规教学模式,观察组在对照组的基础上采用校企联动个案分析教学法进行培训。结果观察组护生的理论及技能(除护理诊断、健康教育及口头表达)考核、护士执业资格考试成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P0.01);且观察组护生对个案分析教学法的满意度较高。结论个案分析教学法注重了对护生创新能力、解决实际问题能力的培养,有利于提高护生在护士执业资格考试中的成绩,保证护生顺利就业的同时,加快护生的角色转变。

Application Effects of Case Based Learning in Licensing Examination Theoretical Guidance of Nursing Students after Internship

Abstract:Objective To discuss the application effects of case based learning in licensing examination theoretical guidance of nursing students after internship.Methods 78 students were selected and randomly selected as observation group (n =40) and control group(n=38), the control group had conventional teaching mode and students in observation group had case based learning on the basis of conventional teaching mode.Results The observation group's scores of theoretical knowledge (except nursing diagnosis, health education and oral presentation), scores of nursing licensing examination were significantly higher than that in the control group(all P〈0.01), and the students in observation group had higher satisfaction level of ease based learning.Conclusion Case based learning teaching mode emphasize the cultivation of nursing student's innovation ability and the ability to dealing with actual problem, which can improve the score of the nursing licensing exam, and at the same time of ensure the students graduation and speed up the students role transition.
