小面积烧伤患者身体意象与自我价值感的关系

目的探讨小面积烧伤患者身体意象与自我价值感的相关性,为提高烧伤患者的健康生活态度和生活质量提供理论依据。方法目的性抽样选择烧伤总面积小于全身15%的住院烧伤患者共509人,采用多维度身体意象问卷(multidimensional body-self relations questionnaire,MBSRQ)以及自我价值感量表问卷(self-worth scale questionnaire,SW)对其进行调查,对调查数据进行统计学分析。结果烧伤患者总体身体意象呈正态分布,说明大部分患者对身体意象呈基本满意的态度。身体意象在性别、年龄上存在统计学差异(P0.05);女性对自己外表满意度评价较低,且身体意象认知存在偏差。结论随着整体医学护理模式的深入,在护理患者的同时,要重视患者身体意象对于自我价值感的重要性,尽量避免身体意象的偏差对自我价值感造成的不良影响,通过对患者进行有效的心理指导,提高其生活质量。

Research on the Relationship between Body Image and the Feeling of Self-value of Patients with Small Area Burns

Objective To analyze the correlations between the body image and the feeling of self-worth of patients with small area burns,so as to provide theoretical basis for raising the healthy attitude and quality of life for burned patients.Methods By convenience sampling,509 burned patients （TBSA〈15%）were selected and investigated with Multidimensional Body-Self Relations Questionnaire （MBSRQ）and Self-Worth scale questionnaire （SW）.The data from investigation were statistically analyzed.Results The over-all body images of burned patients showed gauss distribution,which demonstrated that most of the patients were satisfied with their body images.The body images showed significant difference on sex and age （P〈0.05）.The female patients had lower evaluation on their degree of satisfaction of outward appearance and showed deviation on their recognition of body images.Conclusion With the developing of holistic medicine and nursing models,we should think highly of the importance of body images to self-value of patients while in the nursing care,and try to avoid adverse effects of deviation of body images to self-value.The psycho-logical directions should be carried out to patients effectively to improve life quality of patients.
