预混胰岛素治疗初诊2型糖尿病的临床观察

目的观察预混胰岛素对初诊2型糖尿病的疗效。方法选择2005～2006年收治的80例初诊2型糖尿病，随机分成口服降糖药治疗组40例和皮下注射预混胰岛素30R组40例，观察两组治疗前后空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、血糖达标天数、低血糖发生率，经济费用和体重变化。结果预混胰岛素30R治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖均低于口服降糖药治疗组（P〈0．05）；胰岛素组血糖达标时间平均（14．6±1．5）d，口服降糖药组平均（27．2±2．1）d，两组比较差异有显著性统计学意义（P〈0．01）；胰岛素组发生低血糖1例（占2％），口服降糖药组低血糖0例。结论预混胰岛素30R治疗可改善初诊2型糖尿病患者的胰岛β细胞分泌功能，缩短血糖达标天数。

Clinical observation in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic mellitus after mixed insulin treatment

Objective To observe mixed insulin＇s therapeutic effect in type 2 diabetic mellitus. Methods 80 type 2 diabetic mellitus patients from 2005 to 2006 were randomly divided into orally controlling blood sugar drugs group and subcutaneous insulin infusion group. Fasting plasma glucose （FPG）,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose （2hPG）,the time to obtain the optimism FPG and 2hPG,incidence rate of hypoglycemia, economical expense and change of body weight were measured. Results FPG and 2hPG after mixed insulin were lower than those after oral drugs（P〈0.05）.The times to obtain the optimism FPG and 2hPG were average 14.6 ±1.5 days and 27.2 ± 2.1 days on mixed insulin and oral drugs, which was significantly different（P〈0.01）.There was one hypoglycemia patient in insulin group and no hypoglycemia patient in oral drugs group. Conclusion Islet β -cell function in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic mellitus is improved and the time to obtain the optimism FPG and 2hPG is shortened after mixed insulin treatment.
