新型泪小管栓塞材料在治疗干眼症中的临床应用

目的 评估泪小管栓塞材料治疗干眼症的安全性、有效性.方法 观察35例（50只眼）干眼症患者,用上下泪小点或下泪小点植入泪道栓塞,另外29例（50只眼）用泪然滴眼液点眼.观察患者初诊、治疗后2周、1个月、3个月症状／泪液分泌试验和泪液破裂时间以及角膜荧光素染色检查,评估疗效.结果 治疗后2周、1个月、3个月两组的泪液分泌试验和泪膜破裂时间差异有统计学意义,泪道栓塞组的泪液分泌试验和泪膜破裂时间及角膜荧光素染色改善情况明显优于点眼组.结论 用Visplug栓塞和Smart栓塞行干眼症的治疗是安全有效的.

Efficacy of Visplug and SmartPlug in treatment of dry eye syndrome

Objective To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the lacrimal plug in the treatment of dry eye syndrome. Methods Lacrimal puncta plugs were placed in 35 patients （50 eyes） with dhy eye syndrome. Other 29 dry eye patients （ 50 eyes） were given Tears Natunde four times a day. Symptoms were observed at the first office visit. Schimer test, break-up time （BUT） and fluorescent （FL） were used to evaluate the efficacy of the treatment. Results At 2 weeks, 1 month and 3 months after treatment, significant differences in symptoms, tear secretion tests and tear break-up time were found between the two groups. Symptoms and test Results were significantly better in lacrimal plug group than in Tears Naturah group. Conclusion Lacrimal plug with Visplug and Smart is a safe and effective treatment for dry eye syndromo.
