| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨实时超声诊断胆道内瘘的价值。方法 回顾性分析11例胆道内瘘患实时超声表现和手术对照结果。结果 11例病人声像图均表现胆道积气征象。左右肝内胆管见不规则条索状强回声，并随体位改变向高处移动。术中见胆管下段与十二指肠粘连，并有管道相通，内径约0．1－0．3cm。结论 反复发作性右上腺疼痛患，超声检查前无胆手术史及胆道括约肌成形术，实时超声检查发现胆道积气，胆道内瘘诊断可成立。

| Abstract: | Purpose To assess the value of US in diagnosis of BDF.Methord Eleven BDF partients with proveded by operation were examined with US.Result All patients sonograms showed biliary ducts were filled with gas, LHD and RHD were irregular strip in shape, and the gas moved to the upper side when moving the body. Operation found the distal CBD cohered with duodenum and connected by tubular structure. The diameter range of the tubular structure was 0.1cm to 0.3 cm.Conclusion The diagnosis of BDF should be set up if real - time US found in gas the patients ' biliary duct and who had the upper - abdomen pain repeatedly and had not operation hisory on biliary duct or choledochoplasty. |
