混苯涂料作业工人健康状况的调查

目的调查混苯涂料作业工人健康状况,探讨混苯涂料对人体健康的影响.方法选择某玩具厂608名接触混苯涂料的工人为接触组,以1 007名非接触混苯涂料的亿都半导体厂工人为对照组,进行一般体格检查.结果涂料组的眼鼻咽部检查异常检出率与非涂料组相比,差异有显著性.心电图异常以心律失常多见.结论混苯涂料对作业工人的眼鼻咽部黏膜有刺激作用和可能对心脏的有害作用,建议采取措施控制其危害.

Investigation on Health Conditions of Workers Exposed to Benzene Series Compounds

Objective To investigate the adverse effects of paints containing benzene series compounds on exposed workers. Methods 608 workers exposed to paints containing benzene series compounds and 1007 non-exposed workers in a semi-conductor factory were undertaken medical examinations and the health conditions were compared between these two groups. Results the prevalence of abnormal findings on rhinopharynx examination and ECG examination were higher among exposed workers. Conclusion Benzene series compounds are of an irritant effect and probable have cardiovascular effects. The preventive measures should be taken to control such hazards.
