口咽部病变的MRI诊断和评价

目的探讨ＭＲＩ对口咽部病变的诊断价值。材料与方法回顾分析４６例经临床手术和病理证实的口咽部病变的ＭＲＩ资料，其中包括２０例软腭病变，５例舌根部病变，８例扁桃腺病变，５例咽后壁病变和８例咽侧壁病变。结果ＭＲＩ能准确地显示口咽部病变的大小、形态及侵及范围。ＭＲＩ对粘膜下病变以及肿瘤向深部组织浸润的发现有重要的价值。冠状面图像有助于颌下和颈部淋巴结肿大的发现。结论ＭＲＩ对口咽部病变的诊断有重要价值，明显地优于ＣＴ。

MRI diagnosis and evaluation in oropharyngeal lesions

Purpose To assess the MRI diagnosis of oropharyngeal lesions. Materials and me thods Forty six oropharyngeal lesions were examined by MRI scan; all were comfirmed by surgical and pathological findings. They included 20 lesions in the soft palate, 5 lesions in the base of the tongue, 8 lesions in the tonsil, 5 lesions in the retropharynx, and 8 lesions in the lateral pharyngeal wall. Results MRI could sensitively display the size, shape, extent and site of oropharyngeal lesions and the area of involvement. It was very useful to study submucosal lesions and tumor infiltration into adjacent tissue with MRI. The coronal image could clearly display submandibular and cervical lymph node metastases. Conclusion MRI could provide useful informations about oropharyngeal lesions. Magnetic resonance imaging is superior to CT in the diagnosis of oropharyngeal lesions.
