| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨膀胱嗜铬细胞瘤的诊断及治疗方法。方法：分析l例膀胱嗜铬细胞瘤患者临床资料，并复习相关文献。结果：术前确诊，术后病理证实，行膀胱部分切除术，随访25个月，血压正常，无肿瘤复发。结论：B超、CT、MRI及^131I-MIBG等对诊断均有较高的价值，行膀胱部分切除术是最有效的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the approach of diagnosis and treatment in Pheochromocytoma of the urinary bladder.Method:1 case with Pheochromocytoma of the urinary bladder was studied and the related literatures were reviewed.Result:The tumor was discovered by ultrasound?CT. Partial cystectomy was performed.In the 25 months follow up,the patient had normal blood pressure,and there was no recurrent tumor.Conclusion:B ultrasound,CT,MRI and I MIBG have higher sensitive in detecting this tumor.The most effective management is partial cystectomy. |
