摘    要:[目的]探索农村医疗机构卫生消毒工作发展途径,确保人民群众的身体健康和就医安全.[方法]随机抽取3个镇(办)新型农村合作化医疗建立前后消毒检测报告书进行统计学分析.[结果]卫生室(所)治疗间空气、物体表面及医护人员手细菌总数、物品及医护人员手HBsAg污染、紫外线灯辐照度值建立前后检测合格率分别为29.35%、57.14%、98.59%、64.86%和60.18%、70.05%、97.69%、97.96%.[结论]新型农村合作化医疗建立后消毒工作质量有了较大提高.

Abstract:[Objective]To explore approaches of developing routine disinfection in rural medical institutes,and ensure rural people' s health and safty of medical treatment receiving.[Methods]To sample randomly routine disinfection reports in 3 towns before and after establishment of new cooperative medical system and analyzed statistically the differences between them.[Results]Before establishment of new cooperative medical system on routine disinfection in rural area,the eligible rate of the total count of bacteria colonies in the therapy-room air,on the objects' surfaces and the medical care personnels' hands,of HBsAg contamination on the objects and the medical care personnels' hands,of the ultraviolet radiation intensity were 29.35,57.14,98.59 and 64.86 percent respectively,which were 60.18,70.05,97.69 and 97.96 percent respectively after the establishment of new cooperative medical system in rural area.[Conclusion]Routine disinfection had improved significantly after establishment of new cooperative medical system in rural area.
