| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨P21蛋白表达与上皮性卵巢癌预后的关系。方法 30例正常卵巢、30例良性卵巢肿瘤、108例上皮性卵巢癌标本用免疫组化的方法检测P21蛋白表达。结果 正常卵巢组、良性肿瘤组、卵巢癌组的P21蛋白阳性表达率分别为88．33％、80．00％、64．81％，恶性组阳性率低于其它两组(P=0．014)。P21(-)和P21( )患者的5年生存率分别为31．58％和47．14％，差异有显著性(P=0．0246)。结论 P21蛋白表达对判断上皮性卵巢癌预后有指导意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To identify the significance of p21 expression in patients with epithelial carcinoma.Methods Thirty normal ovary,30 benign epithelial ovarian tumor and 108 epithelial carcinoma formalin-fixed specimens were retrospectively reviewed.p21 protein expression was detected by immunohistochemical staining.Results The positive rates of p21 were 88.33% in normal ovarian group,80.00% in benign ovarian tumor group,and 64.81% in ovarian carcinoma group.The positive rate of p21 of epithelial ovarian carcinoma group was lower than other two groups ( P =0.0147).The p21 staining was associated with the 5-year survival ( P =0.0246).Conclusion The p21 expression has some significance in predicting the prognosis of epithelial ovarian carcinoma. |
