肌性斜颈中基质金属蛋白酶-1与Ⅲ型胶原的表达关系

摘    要:目的观察先天性肌性斜颈胸锁乳突肌Ⅲ型胶原及基质金属蛋白酶-1(MMP-1)的表达情况,探讨先天性肌性斜颈胸锁乳突肌纤维化的发生机制。方法免疫组织化学染色法观察先天性肌性斜颈病变组和正常对照组胸锁乳突肌细胞外基质中Ⅲ型胶原及MMP-1的表达情况。结果免疫组织化学染色法显示Ⅲ型胶原在对照组表达极少,在肌肉型组和纤维型组中表达明显增加,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。MMP-1在对照组中有少量的表达,在肌肉型组中表达略有增加,相比无统计学意义(P>0.05);MMP-1在纤维型组中表达极少,与对照组相比有统计学意义(P<0.05),与肌肉型组相比有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论先天性肌性斜颈胸锁乳突肌的纤维化的程度与Ⅲ型胶原增生的量有关,而Ⅲ型胶原增生的程度与MMP-1减少有一定关系。

Abstract:Objective To observe the expression of collagen type Ⅲ and matrix metalloproteinase-1(MMP-1) in sternomastoid muscle of congenital muscular torticollis,to explore the pathogenesis of sternomastoid muscle fibrosis.Methods Immunohistochemical method was performed to investigate the expression of Collagen TypeⅢ and MMP-1 in the control group and the experimental group.Results In Immunohistochemistry,the expression of collagen type Ⅲ was scanty in the control group,the expression was increased significantly in the muscle type group and in the fibrous type group,the expression of collagen type Ⅲ in the muscle type group and in the fibrous type group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).The expression of MMP-1 was minor in the control group,the expression of MMP-1 was increased slightly in the muscle type group,there was not statistical significance between the control group and the muscle type group(P>0.05).The expression of MMP-1 is scanty in the fibrous type group.There was significant difference between the control group and the fibrous type group(P<0.05) and between the muscle type group and the fibrous type group(P<0.01).The expression of Collagen TypeⅢ and MMP-1 is showed negative correlation(r=-0.845,P<0.01).Conclusion The degrees of sternomastoid muscle fibrosis in congenital muscular torticollis are related to the hyperplasy of collagen type Ⅲ and the hyperplasy of collagen type Ⅲ is possibly related to the expression of MMP-1.
