脑立体定向手术治疗精神分裂症10年随访

目的 了解接受脑立体定向手术的精神分裂症患者的远期疗效。方法 对10例患者进行随访调查 ,随访到的病人作全面精神检查 ,将BPRS量表 ,NOSIE量表的评定结果作自身对照。结果 随访到的患者冲动伤人的现象比术前减少 ,BPRS总分积分下降(p<0.05)激惹性、敌对猜疑两项因子分积分下降 (p<0.05) ,NOSIE的积分提高(p<0.05)。结论 脑立体定向手术对某些药物治疗效果不理想的分裂症伴冲动患者可作为最后的治疗选择。

Following-up 10 years of schizophrenia patients with Stereoscopic-directional-operation

Objective To learn the long-tern effect of10patients with schizophrenia with Stereoscopic-directional-operation Methods 10patients were followed-up to test the mental situation and to compare the evaluated results of BPRS and NOSIE with themselves. Results After10years,the aggressive act was reduced,the all score and factor score in irritability,hostile-suspiciousness of BPRS were reduced(p<0.05)and the NOSIE score was increased(p<0.05)in the followed-up patients Conclusion Stereoscopic-directional-operation can be the final treatment choice in patients with schizophrenia accompanied with aggressive act when patients are unsatisfied with drug treatment.
