摘    要:目的 探讨基于个体化与体重化用于2型糖尿病饮食教育的效果。方法 将160例2型糖尿病患者根据入院顺序分为治疗组与对照组各80例,对照组遵从糖尿病基本饮食治疗原则,而治疗组给予基于个体化与体重化的2型糖尿病饮食控制方案指导,干预周期都为12周。结果 2组干预前糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖与餐后2h血糖对比差异无统计学意义,干预后测定值均较干预前下降(P〈0.05),且组间对比差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。2组干预前空腹胰岛素对比差异无统计学意义,干预后治疗组组内与组间对比差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),而对照组组内对比差异无统计学意义。结论 基于个体化与体重化的饮食教育可以很好地帮助糖尿病患者降低糖化血红蛋白与提高胰岛素含量,从而有利于控制血糖,值得推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of individualized and weight-based strategies in diet education for patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods 160 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus were equally divided into treatment group and control group according to their order of admission,the control group were complied with the basic principles of diabetes diet therapy,while the treatment group received individualized and weight-based strategies in the diet education. The intervention cycles were 12 weeks. Results The levels of glycated hemoglobin,plasma glucose and 2-hour postprandial glucose before the intervention had no significant difference between the two groups and were decreased after the intervention( P〈0. 05) and the difference was significant( P〈0. 05). The fasting insulin level between the two groups before intervention had no significant difference,but had significant difference after the intervention within the group and between the groups( P〈0. 05). Conclusion The individualized and weight-based strategies in diet education for patients with type 2 diabetes can help them reduce the levels of glycated hemoglobin,increase insulin levels,and control the level of blood sugar preferably.
