上海市某远郊社区65岁以上老年人健康体检结果分析

目的 探讨老年人身体健康状况,为更好地开展慢病管理、健康教育工作提供依据。方法 对2013年辖区内自愿参加体检的2586名65岁以上老年人健康体检结果进行分析,体检项目包括身高、体重、血压、血糖、丙氨酸转移酶（ALT）、血脂和心电图。结果 2586名体检者中,高血压检出率为53.9%,高血糖检出率为10.7%,高血脂检出率为62.8%,体重超重或肥胖检出率为52.5%,心电图异常检出率为53.5%,丙氨酸转移酶异常检出率为4.8%;且女性血脂异常检出率（χ^2=100.936,P=0.000）和心电图异常检出率（χ^2=6.973,P=0.008）均显著高于男性。结论 慢性病是影响老年人身体健康状况的重要因素,应加强对老年人慢性病的随访和干预,同时倡导健康的生活方式。

Results of physical examination of over 65 year old seniors in a suburban community of Shanghai

Objective To inbestigate the health status of the elderly in a suburban Community of Shanghai so as to provide reference for further chronic disease management and health education. Methods The results of physical examination of the elderly in 2013 were analyzed statistically. The items of physical examination were height,weight,blood pressure,blood glucose,alanine transaminase（ ALT）,blood fat and electrocardiogram（ ECG）. Results In 2586 subjects,the positive rate of hypertension was 53. 9%,hyperglycemia 10. 7%,hyperlipidemia 62. 8%,over-weight or obesity 52. 5%, anomalous ECG 53. 5%,abnormal ALT 4. 8%. The positive rate of hyperlipidemia（ χ^2= 100. 936,P = 0. 000） and anomalous ECG（ χ^2= 6. 973,P = 0. 008） in females were significantly higher than that in males. Conclusion Chronic diseases were important risk factors of the health status of the elderly. We should strengthen the follow-up and intervention on the chronic disease of the elderly and promote healthy lifestyles.
