摘 要: | 目的探讨应用鼠神经生长因子来治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的临床效果并分析其对患者行为神经的影响。方法自2010年10月—2013年10月在浙江省人民医院进行治疗的缺血缺氧性脑病新生儿中随机抽取70例,按照随机分配与自愿的原则,平均分为A组和B组。35例A组患者采用胞二磷胆碱和脑活素进行治疗;35例B组患者则采用鼠神经生长因子进行治疗。观察并比较2组患者的临床治疗效果、意识、肌张力等症状改善状态以及患者的行为神经得分情况。结果治疗后B组患者的总体有效率可达94.29%,A组仅为71.43%,B组显著高于A组;且B组患者在治疗4周后的行为神经评分中获得(36.5±3.5)分,也远高于A组的(31.7±1.9)分;此外,B组患者的各症状恢复时间也明显比A组短,且2组各项比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论鼠神经生长因子在治疗有缺血缺氧性脑病的新生儿方面具有一定的积极效果,该方法可有效缓解患者症状,提高治疗效率,改善患者行为神经功能。

Effect of mouse nerve growth factor on behavioral neuroscience of neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy |

Abstract: | Objective To explore the curative effect of mouse nerve growth factor(NGF)in the treatment of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy( HIE) and analysis its influences on the behavioral Neuroscience of the patients.Methods Total 70 neonates with HIE in our hospital from October 2010 to October 2013 were randomly selected and divided into group A and group B by incorporating voluntary participation and random selection. Citicoline and cerebrolysin were administrated to the 35 patients in group A and mouse NGF to the 35 patients in group B. The treatment effects,improvements in consciousness and muscle tension as well as other symptoms,and neurological scores of all the patients were compared between the two groups. Results The overall efficiency in the group B was 94. 29%,and 71. 43% in the group A. The neurological score of group B was 36. 5 ± 3. 5,which was higher than 31. 7 ± 1. 9 in group A after the treatment of4 weeks. In addition,the recovery times of each symptom in group B were significantly shorter than those in group A,the difference were statistically significance,P〈0. 05. Conclusion The mouse NGF has good effects on neonatal HIE and can relieve symptoms,improve the treatment efficiency and neurological function of the patients. |
