多烯磷脂酰胆碱联合扶正化瘀胶囊治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎的临床疗效

目的探讨多烯磷脂酰胆碱联合扶正化瘀胶囊治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎（NASH）应用效果。方法选取100例NASH患者，中医辨证瘀血阻络、肝肾不足者，分为观察组与对照组各50例，给予多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊口服，观察组加服扶正化瘀胶囊，观察治疗疗效。结果ALT、AST、γ-GGT、TC、TG、HA、LN、PCⅢ、Ⅳ-C治疗后较治疗前下降（P〈0．05），HDL-C升高（P〈0．05），观察组较对照组TC、TG、HDL—C、HA、LN、PCⅢ、Ⅳ-C改善更为明显（P〈0．05）；12周后治疗疗效观察组优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论多烯磷脂酰胆碱联合扶正化瘀胶囊治疗NASH疗效优于单纯应用多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊，尤其对肝纤维化指标改善更为明显。

Polyene phosphatidyl choline joint fuzheng huayu capsule in treating nonalcoholic fatty hepatitis

Objective To investigate the polyene phosphatidylcholine joint Fuzhenghuayu capsule treatment of nonalcoholic steatohepatitis（NASH） application results. Methods 100 cases of patients with NASH, TCM blood stasis, liver and kidney deficiency were divided into observation group and control group,50 patients were treated with polyene phosphatidylcholine capsulesorally, observation group took Fuzhenghuayu capsules were observed before treatment and 12 weeks after treatment, ALT, AST, γ-GGT, TG, TC, HDL-C, HA, LN, PC Ⅲ,Ⅳ-C change and therapeutic efficacy. Results ALT, AST, γ-GGT,TC, TG, HA, LN, PC Ⅲ,Ⅳ-Cafter treatment than before treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）, HDL-C increased （ P 〈 0.05 ）, compared with the control group was observed group TC,TG, HDL-C, HA, LN, PC Ⅲ,Ⅳ-C improved more significantly （ P 〈 0.05） ; 12 weeks after therapy observation group than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Polyene phosphatidylcholine joint capsule in treating NASH Fuzhenghuayu was more effective than the simple application of polyenephosphatidylcholine capsule, especially for liver fibrosis improved more significantly.
