| 摘 要： | 医学院校临床实习是促进医学生临床技能形成的重要过程，同时也是对学生进行良好医德教育的关键时期。对当前临床实习生医德教育面临的各种问题进行了分析，进而从学校、实习医院、带教教师等方面提出相应的解决措施。
