PBL教学法在急诊医学教学中的应用

摘    要:目的观察以问题为基础的教学方法在急诊医学教学中的应用效果。方法将三峡大学2003级医学专业2班和4班共84名学生分成两个组,2班42人设为实验组,实验组采用PBL教学法;4班42人设为对照组,采用传统的讲授法。课程结束后,对两个班的学生进行学习效果的评估,分别进行书面理论测试和操作技能考核。并对所有数据进行统计学处理。结果在考试的成绩上,实验组的得分明显高于对照组,同时,实验组的学生临床病例分析能力明显比对照组好,分析问题的能力更全面,两组之间比较,P〈0.05。结论采用PBL教学法比传统的LBL教学法能明显提高急诊医学的教学质量,尤其在培养学生解决临床实际问题的能力和创新能力上有更明显的优势。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of problem-based learning (PBL) in emergency medicine teaching.Methods:84 students of Grade 2003 were randomly divided into two groups:control group (n=42) was taught by traditional teaching method and experimental group (n=42) by PBLo After learning, the tests were used to evaluate the result.Results:The results of exam showed that the students in experimental group had a significant higher score than those in control group (P〈0.05). The results showed that the students'ability of clinical case analyses significantly improved in experimental group.Conclusion: PBL method can improve the quality of teaching and it has proved that the PBL teaching method can improve the training of the clinical thought and the ability to solve the clinical issues independently.
