| 摘 要： | 常期以来鼻咽癌以放射治疗为主 ,如放疗失败再放疗 ,则其五年生存率很低 ,且患者生存质量也差 ;近年来兴起的手术治疗或放疗后的挽救性手术治疗 ,可在一定程度上提高病人的生存率 ,改善病人生存质量。本文就鼻咽癌手术治疗有关资料进行综述 ,以供同道参考

| Abstract: | The radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) was applied routinely to NPC patients for many years.The survival rate of these NPC patients which failed routine radiotherapy was low and the life quality was poor.The radiotherapy failure is a real hot potato for doctors and its relief needs further study.The surgical treatment or save surgical treatment for NPC patients showed advantage on the survival rate and life quality of patients.In this paper,the references of surgical treatmen to NPC patients were review.
