妊娠期肝病早产临床因素分析

目的 :探讨妊娠期肝病孕妇早产的相关因素及对母婴的影响。方法 :回顾性分析 1993年至 2 0 0 2年 2 6 5例妊娠期肝病孕妇早产的原因及对母婴的影响 ,并与同期随机抽取的 2 6 5例足月产妊娠期肝病孕妇进行比较。结果 :胎膜早破、ICP、妊高症、臀位、肝炎病毒感染、前置胎盘为早产的前 6位因素 ,两组差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;两组间新生儿窒息、死胎、死产、产后出血及剖宫产等差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :胎膜早破、ICP是肝病孕妇早产的主要原因 ;重症肝炎、ICP等是导致早产肝病孕妇发生死胎、死产的主要原因

To analyze the clinical causes of premature delivery in the pregnant woman with liver diseas in gestation

Objective: To analyze the clinical causes of premature delivery in the pregnant woman with liver diseases in gestation, and study the influence to the mothers and infants. Method: 256 cases pregnant women suffered from premature delivery(Group A) and 256 cases pregnant women with mature delivery(Group B) from 1993 to 2002 were collected by random sample methods. To analyze the clinical causes of premature delivery in the pregnant woman with liver diseases in gestation, and study the influence to the mothers and infants, and compare the difference between the two groups. Result: The pre six clinical causes of premature delivery in the pregnant woman with liver diseases were gestation, premature rupture of membrane, intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy(ICP), hypertension disorder complicating pregnancy,nates position,hepatitis viral infection and placenta praevia. There was a significant difference (P<0.05= between he two groups in The pre six clinical causes. There was a significant difference (P<0.05= between he two groups in apnoea neonatorum, fetal death, dead birth, postpartum hemorrhage and C-sect. Conclusion: Premature rupture of membrane and ICP are the major reasons caused the premature labor of the pregnant woman with liver diseases. Serious hepatitis and ICP are the major reasons caused the fetal death and stillbirth of the pregnant woman with premature delivery.
