摘    要:目的探讨Vitamin E对中期保存的兔角膜内皮细胞的保护作用及机制。方法前房内分别注入M-K液,以及含有25、50、100mol/L Vitamin E的M—K液,全眼球保存兔角膜。在保存1、3、5d后,分别进行角膜内皮细胞活性染色以及角膜内皮显微镜检查。结果保存后实验组内皮细胞存活率高于对照组。保存后各实验组的六边形细胞百分率、细胞平均密度均较对照组高。结论在角膜中期保存液中加入一定剂量的Vitamin E,能够提高内皮细胞的抗氧化能力,延长角膜的保存时间。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the protective effects of Vitamin E on endothelial cells of mid-term storaged corneas in the rabbit. Methods Rabbit corneas were stored differed in the irrigations of anterior chamber with M - K liquid, M- K liquid with Vitamin E of 25 mol/L, 50 mol/L and 100 mol/L. Enucleation was performed after 1 day, 3 days and 5 days respectively. Endothelial cells were actively stained by trypan blue. Morphological study was performed by specular microscope. Results The vital staining showed the endothelium survival rates of groups with VitE were higher after 3 and 5 days. The average cell density and the percentage of the endothelial hexagonal cell were also higher, which were showed by the specular microscope. Conclusion The intermediate term storage media with added Vitamin E had significant differences in increasing the vitality of endothelial cells, and could prolong the time of corneal storage.
