TOPSIS法与RSR法相结合对省级妇幼保健机构综合绩效评价

目的:运用本研究前期对妇幼保健机构综合绩效评价指标体系的研究结果,对省级妇幼保健机构综合绩效进行评估,并对绩效评价指标体系进行验证。方法:采用TOPSIS法与RSR法相结合对省级妇幼保健机构进行综合绩效评价和分档。结果:对8所省级妇幼保健机构综合绩效进行评价分档,4所机构被评为上档,3所被评为中档,1所被评为下档。结论:评价结果与实际情况较为吻合,评价指标体系较为合理。与疾病预防控制机构合并的妇幼保健机构绩效状况明显落后,提示政府部门应当谨慎看待将妇幼保健机构合并到疾病预防控制机构的做法。

To evaluate composite performance of provincial WCH institutions with TOPSIS and RSR analysis methods

Objective:Basis on the result of the study on an indicator system for performance assessment of women and children health care institutions to evaluate composite performance of women and children health care institutions of province and to validate the indicator system.Methods:TOPSIS and RSR analysis methods were combined with to evaluate composite performance of women and children health care institutions of province and grade this institutions.Results:Basis on performance assessment of eight women and children health care institutions of province four were regarded as high degree,three institutions were regarded as middle degree,one was regarded as low degree.Conclusion:The result of evaluation accords with the fact.The indicator system is reasonable.The result also shows that performance of women and children health care institutions that is combined into CDC is bad.It suggests that government should take the manner combining women and children health care institutions into CDC serious.
