酒精所致精神障碍患者脂肪肝、胆结石、肝硬化的超声诊断

目的 利用超声征像探讨超声诊断酒精所致精神障碍伴发脂肪肝、肝硬化、胆结石等躯体疾病患者发病率与饮酒年限、饮酒量之间的关系。方法 对85例酒精所致精神障碍住院患者（研究组）和50例健康者（对照组）的腹部超声表现与饮酒年限、饮酒量进行对照分析。结果 研究组的脂肪肝、肝硬化、胆结石的发病率高于对照组（P〈0．05）。脂肪肝发病率与饮酒年限呈显著相关（P〈0．05）。结论 超声能及时发现酒精所致精神障碍伴发的躯体疾病，对指导临床早期发现和及时治疗起着重要的作用。

The diagnostic value of ultrasonography on fatty liver, gallstone and cirrhosis in patient with mental disorders due to alcohol

Objective To explore the relationship between incidence of fatty liver, cirrhosis,gallstone and other bodily diseases in alcoholism mental disorder patient with the drinking period and drinking quantity.Methods Eighty five patients with mental disorders due to alcohol (group A), 50 normal persons (group B) were examined by abdominal B-ultrasound , The relationship of ultrasound results and the drinking period and quantity was compared between the groups.Results The incidence of fatty liver , cirrhosis and gallstone in Group A was higher than that of Group B (P<0.05), and the incidence of fatty liver correlated positively with drinking period (P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasonography can discover the bodily diseases of mental disorder alcoholism patient,it plays an important role in early clinical diagnosis and treatment.
