炙甘草汤古今运用比较

收集炙甘草汤古代病案101例和现代验案3175例,进行频数统计和聚类分析。结果表明,古今应用在主要症状方面均为心悸、脉结代,但古今应用上有所不同,古代是侧重阴虚内热,以外感温热病为主;以心悸、发热、口渴咽燥、肉筋惕、神昏、烦躁、咳嗽、舌红绛干燥少津、脉结代细数为主要症状;现代是重在气阴两虚,辨证以心悸病、胸痹为主;以心悸、胸闷、心前区不适、头晕目眩、气短、神疲乏力、失眠多梦、烦躁,舌质淡白或淡红、脉结代细为主要症状。

To collect ancient medical record(101 cases) and present medical record(3 175 cases) of Fried Glycyrrhizae decoction and carry out frequency and cluster analysis.The result indicated that mainly symptoms in ancient and present period was cardiopalmus and pulse clavus.In ancient period,the medical experts emphasized on the yin asthenia generating intrinsic heat and pyreticosis diseases caused by exogenous pathogenic factor.The mainly symptoms were cardiopalmus,fever,thirsty and pharyngoxerosis,muscular spasms,cona,restlessness,cough,red tongue few fluid and pulse clavus,etc.But in present period,the medical experts emphasized on deficiency of both vital energy and yin and differentiation of symptoms and signs on cardiopalmus and thoracic obstruction.The mainly symptoms were cardiopalmus,chest distress,precordium complaint,dizzy,short breath,mind tired and acratia,insomnia and dreamful sleep,restlessness,tongue carmoisine and pulse clavus,etc.
