儿科门诊输液室空气细菌培养结果分析

摘    要:目的:了解儿科门诊输液室空气消毒状况。方法:5d内每天对儿科门诊输液室采用平皿沉降法进行空气采样,时间为8点、10点、12点及中午消毒后效果监测。结果:儿科门诊输液室空气8点菌落数平均为368cfu/m3,10点菌落数平均为748cfu/m3,12点菌落数平均为1785cfu/m3,消毒后效果监测菌落数为106cfu/m3。对菌落的初步鉴定发现主要以革兰阳性菌为主,其中又以棒状杆菌、微球菌、奈瑟氏菌多见。结论:针对影响空气消毒质量的因素,采取有效措施降低儿科门诊输液室的空气的含菌量。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the conditions of air disinfection in transfusion room at pediatric out-patient. Methods Air samples were collected at 8, 10,12 and after disinfection at noon by way of plate sedimentation for five days. Results The number of colony was 368,748,1 785,106 at 8,10,12 and after disinfection at noon. The majority was gram-positive bacteria. Corynebacteria, Micrococcaceae, Neisseria were the main bacteria. Conclusion It is necessary to take effective measures to lower the contents of air germs in transfusion room at pediatric out-patient,aiming at factors affecting air disinfection.
