| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨CDIC前牙区种植即刻修复的应用原则，初步评价其临床效果。方法：采用CDIC一段式锥状螺旋种植体植入前牙缺失区，术后5日内完成金属烤瓷冠修复，术后6月、12月随访，记录随访结果。结果：126枚牙种植体随访6—12月，临床成功率〉99％。结论：在适当选择病例，在完善的术前设计准备和适宜的修复体设计制作的情况下，前牙CDIC种植术后，即刻完成永久性冠修复体，可以获得较好的临床效果。

| Abstract: | Object:To evaluate the clinic results of CDIC conical implant and immediate restoration and discuss the applying principles of these techniques in the anterior zone.Method:CDIC implants were implanted in the missing anterior zone.Metal porcelain crowns were restorated with in five days.The investigation and record were performed in 1 months,3 months,6 months and 12 months after operation.Results:126 implants were investigated 6-12 months,and clinic success rate was about 99%.Conclusion:The results of CDIC conical implant and immediate restoration is predicatable in the anterior zone if the cases are properly selected. |
