Progressive massive osteolysis secondary to benign squamous epithelial colonisation in chronic osteomyelitis

Although the rare complication of squamous cell carcinoma in chronic osteomyelitis is well known, benign squamous epithelial proliferation can also occur, causing osteolysis and fracture.
