摘    要:目的识别、分析该建设项目可能产生的职业病危害,评价职业病危害防护措施及其效果,提出职业病危害的关键控制点,为卫生行政部门对建设项目职业病防护设施竣工验收提供科学依据。方法采用现场调查法和检测检验法。结果该项目生产过程中存在的主要职业病危害因素有:木尘和噪声。木尘合格率为42.9%,噪声合格率为100%,噪声作业分级为安全作业。工程选址、生产工艺布局、建筑卫生学、卫生工程技术防护措施、辅助卫生措施、职业卫生管理措施等基本符合国家有关法律法规,但总平面布局和防尘措施需要整改、制定应急救援预案。整改后木尘仍有两个作业点不合格。结论本建设项目的职业病危害控制措施基本能满足职业卫生要求。

Abstract:Objective To identify and analyze the occurrence of occupational disease hazard factors in this construction project,and assess the effect of occupational disease preventive measures. Methods The protective measures on occupational diseases in the construction project were evaluated by the field investigation and examination methods. Results Spill dust and noise were the main occupational disease risk factors. The qualified rate of spill dust was 42. 9%. The results of noise were all qualified and the classification of noise work was on safe level. Contents of the construction project including the selection of site, the arrangement and layout of the facilities, architecture hygiene, the prevention and protection measure of sanitary engineering ,the facilities of auxiliary rooms ,the managing measures of occupational health accorded with the requirements of laws and regulations of occupational health. The overall layout and the measures of dustproof facilities needed to be rearranged. The project of emergency and rescue system needed to be established. The results of spill dust still exceeded hygienic standard at two sites after rearrangement. Conclusion The protective measures on occupational diseases in the construction project basically meet the occupational health standards.
