| 摘 要： | 本文报告阑尾炎术后切口感染148例脓液的病原菌培养与分析,厌氧菌阳性率为50％。讨论中提出,阑尾切口感染与手术技术、无菌操作、不同病原菌的关系,以及切口厌氧菌感染的特征和治疗。

| Abstract: | This paper reports the results of the pus pathogenic bacteria culture in 148 cases and its analysis. The positive rate of anaerobia was 50％ in these cases. In the paper, the authors propose the relation between the operative technique, sterile procedures and various pathogenic bacteria and the incision infection after appendectomy, as well as the nature and treatment of incision infection by anaerobia. |
