早期康复干预对行Mile''''s手术后的直肠癌患者生活质量的影响

目的探讨早期康复干预对行Mile’s手术的直肠癌患者术后生活质量的影响。方法诊断为低位直肠癌的82例患者,随机分为对照组和干预组各41例。对照组进行常规护理,干预组进行早期康复干预。比较人工肛门开放时间,拨胃管时间,可以进食时间,人工肛门有规律排便时间,术后10d、15d、20d的生活质量进行比较。结果干预组人工肛门开放时间,拨胃管时间,可以进食时间,人工肛门有规律排便时间及生活质量均优于对照组(P<0.001)。结论早期康复干预可以使行Mile’s手术的低位直肠癌患者术后生活质量明显提高。

Effect of early rehabilitation intervention in the rectal cancer patients'''' quality of life after Miles operation

Objective To investigate the effects of early rehabilitation intervention in the rectal cancer patients' quality of life after Miles operation.Methods The 82 low-set rectal cancer patients were randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the intervention group was given early rehabilitation intervention.The two groups were compared in enteroproctia open-time,gastric tube remove-time,food-intake time,regular defecation time of enteroproctia and the quality of life 10 days,15 days and 20 days after the operation.Results The enteroproctia open-time,gastric tube tease-time,food-intake time,regular defecation time of enteroproctia and quality of life in the intervention group all surpassed those in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusions The early rehabilitation intervention can obviously improve the low-set rectal cancer patients 'quality of life.
