| 摘 要： | 目的：认识输尿管囊肿在电视透视下跟踪静脉尿路造影中的X线表现及优点。方法：本组9例输尿管囊肿均经手术证实，全部均有泌尿系的临床症状；采用电视透视下跟踪静脉尿路造影法，选择痛变显示最佳时摄片表现病灶。结果：9例输尿管囊肿中单侧7例，双侧2例，全部均有典型影像学表现：扩张的输尿管下端在囊内形似“蛇头”征或“光晕”征，结石嵌颌其中，同时可发现尿路梗阻程度及泌尿系其他先天性畸形情况。结论：采用电视透视下跟踪静脉尿路造影法可明确诊断，为手术提供可靠的影像资料。

| Abstract: | ? Objective To recognize the appearance and value of ureter cyst on intravenous pyelogram with dynamic fluoroscopy. Methods Nine patients with ureter cyst underwent intravenous pyelogram with dynamic fluoroscopy and were taken the spot film at proper time. All patients had clinical symptom of urinary system and were diagnosed by operation. Results Among the 9 cases, 7 had cyst in unilateral ureter and 2 in bilateral. All of them had typical X ray appearance. Snake head sign or halation sign was formed by the cyst with the enlarged bottom ureter in it. Calculus and other congenital disformity were often found in this examination. Conclusion Intravenous pyelogram with dynamic fluoroscopy can show the ureter cyst very well and provide valuable information for the surgeons. |
