生殖器疱疹患者外周血IL-13、IL-15表达水平的研究

目的：评价生殖器疱疹患者外周血白介素13（IL-13）、白介素15（IL-15）的表达及其相关性.方法：设立54例生殖器疱疹患者为实验组,26例正常健康人为对照组.应用双抗体夹心ELISA方法检测IL-13和IL-15.结果：实验组IL-13表达水平高于正常对照组,两组之间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;IL-15的表达水平与正常对照组间差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;IL-13和IL-15两者之间不存在相关性（P〉0.05）.结论：IL-13参与了生殖器疱疹的免疫过程,HSV感染人体后激发的免疫应答Th2占优势,从而不能诱导有效的细胞免疫应答清除病毒.

Study on the Serum Level of Interleukin 13 and Interleukin 15 in Patients with Recurrent Genital Herpes

Objective：To evaluate the linkage between serum levels of IL-13 ,IL-15 and recurrent genital herpes. Methods： Fifty-four cases of genital herpes and twenty-six heathy controls were included in the study. ELISA was used to detect serum levels of IL-13 and IL-15. Results： The serum level of IL-13 were significantly higher in the patients with recurrent genital herpes than that of the normal controls （P 〈0.01 ） , but the levels of IL-15 showed no statistical significance between the patients and controls （P 〉 0.05）. No correlation was found between levels of IL-13 and IL-15 （P 〉0.05 ）. Conclusion：IL-13 plays a role in the immune process of genital herpes. Th2 predominated in the immune response after the post-infection of HSV. Therefore, it may be the reason that an effective cellular immune response was not induced to clear the virus.
