螺旋CT MPVR在CTA中应用技术探讨

摘    要:目的 探讨螺旋CT中多平面容积重建技术 (最大密度投影 ) MPVR(MIP) ]特点及其所重建血管图像的优越性。材料与方法 搜集 10例正常者 ,利用MPVR(MIP)技术 ,5例行头颅血管成像 ,5例行门静脉属支血管成像。结果 颅内动脉可清晰显示至 4级分支 ,门静脉属支可清晰显示至 5级属支。结论 正确及熟练运用MPVR(MIP)技术可在直径 >2~ 3mm的血管上提供清晰影像 ,图像具有一定立体感 ,可多角度任意观察 ,并能提供较DSA更多的信息。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the characteristics of m aximum intensity projection (MIP), one of multiplanar volumetric reconstruction (MPVR) techniques, with spiral CT and to assess the advantages of the reconstructed vascular images. Materials and MethodsMIP was adopted in 10 norma l individuals, including head blood vessels (〖WTBXn〖WTBZ=5) and portal vein with its branches (=5). ResultsThe fourth branches of encephalic artery and the fifth affiliated branches of portal vein were clearly displayed.ConclusionMIP, when used skillfully, can offer d istinct images of blood vessels with the diameter over 2~3mm. Besides, the images can be viewed from any arbitrary direction, thus, more useful information can be obtained.
